Write it once.
Care is remembered.
Care workers enter the same visit into eMAR, into visit notes, and sometimes onto paper in the home. C.A.R.E.S. records it once — and everyone who should see it, sees it.
Demo preview — sample data from the agency portal’s Operations Dashboard.
The day it runs
The office fields the calls
Families ring the office to ask how a visit went. With C.A.R.E.S., they see updates as they happen — and the phone stops being the record.
A dropped connection loses nothing
If the office’s connection drops, the Live Shift Board keeps recording — check-ins, check-outs and visit notes are held and sync when it returns, as one record, never a duplicate.
Trust is provenance
Families told us trust means seeing what was entered, what changed, and who changed it. Approvals and e-signatures prove it.
What your team gets
Most care management systems serve the agency. C.A.R.E.S. serves the agency, the care worker, the family and the older person.
And the other two faces
None of this adds to your bill. The older person’s portal is free for them, always, and a family subscription is theirs, never yours.
