Tell us about a safety, privacy or access concern.

If a user, caregiver or care provider has a concern about safety, privacy, account access, incorrect information, medication reminders, AI alerts or caregiver behaviour, they should contact C.A.R.E.S support.

Urgent danger or medical emergency: contact 999, NHS 111 or the appropriate emergency service directly. C.A.R.E.S support is not an emergency response service.
